adequate but slightly flawed
wonderful design immaculate facilities poor service forgotten order
the building had a very beautiful design. facilities looked immaculate too. the gym, the pool, and also the spa, i considered them a sanctuary.
the breakfast service was not good. my order was taken but then they forgot about it. i waited 45 minutes for it.

wonderful japanese charm
welcome snacks serene atmosphere spacious room cozy lighting
I appreciated the thoughtful details, like the welcome snacks i found each time i returned to my room. the hotel features japanese-inspired architecture and décor. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. my room was spacious AND super clean with warm, cozy ambient lighting. the peaceful setting offered a great break from the busy city.
the location isn't the BEST, it's away from the main attractions and a bit of a walk to public transport.

intrusive staff lack of privacy
the location is convenient.. it is central to many attractions.
I found the staff to be overly present. they contacted me every evening with insistent knocks. during one instance, i was showering, and they persisted until entering the room to leave sweets. Such intrusiveness is not expected.

The decor is curated beautifully. The location is great (i could easily walk everywhere). The staff were very attentive and polite.
The finnish sauna was super small. It has space for only two people. The thai restaurant was a little disappointing (i expected more). It had very little choice on the menu, and the food quality was mediocre.

oriental interior great amenities
i adored the oriental interior with traditional decor. the room features great amenities. the bathtub allowed for deeply romantic relaxation. i slept soundly, and i found such peace in the silence.
the front desk person was NICE but not genuinely helpful. they did not explain the hotel facilities. the sauna is small. i booked for the amenities.

Really good Experience
amazing pool western selection supportive staff
The hotel has a superb spa with an amazing pool. Breakfast offered a good selection of Western foods (I particularly enjoyed the omelets). The staff was supportive with all requests. They reviewed our plans and helped with reservations.
